We hope that you find your order more than satisfactory and to our usual standards. However, we understand that you may wish to return your order or part of it.
To do so, simply follow these easy steps.
Using the returns form included in your parcel.
Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached, within 30 days of receipt letting us know your order number and the items you wish to return. In addition, shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
When your refund has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase; within 14 calendar days. If your item is faulty or wrongly delivered, we may also refund the returned postage costs.
Products that have been altered by you are non-refundable.
All promotional offers, i.e 3 for 2, must be returned in their entirety. Failure to return all products from the offer may result in a delay to your refund or exchange until all products considered part of the offer are returned, or result in the full price being charged for the products required.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns to stores.
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period will not be credited and the goods will be returned to you.
