The easiest way to search for an item you want is to go into the categories on the main home page. This is shown on the top tabs on the home page stating “Suits, Shirts” etc.
If you are specifically looking for a certain colour of product or one that is not shown in the drop down boxes on the homepage you can search the product you desire in the search box. The search box is located in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will pull all the products in every category, which match your key words, which you have inputted.
For each item there is a specific size guide attached. You can find the size guide by clicking on the size guide in the product view. You will then self measure to ensure that your sizes and the size guide match up. Do not worry if the item does not fit once you have received it simply send it back and we will refund you (terms and conditions apply).

Whilst you are browsing the website if you see anything that you would like to purchase when you are in the product information area, simply click the ?Add To Bag? button. This will then show in your shopping bag in the top right hand of the screen. Once you have finished browsing the shop please click on the shopping bag. This will then bring you to the shopping bag overview area and you can just follow the onscreen requests.
Promotional codes can be used on the site, whether you have a business to business code or found one on such sites as www.shoppingvouchers.co.uk. Once you have finished selecting the products you wish to purchase, you will go to the Checkout. Simply enter the promo code in the appropriate box and click "Apply Code".
During the Everything Half Price promotion no further discount can be given off items.
Half Price Events
Half price events are only available in branch and online during specific dates. The half price events apply only to Greenwoods products. Discount will be given off the original Greenwoods ticket price and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The events do not include 1860 suit hire.
Unfortunately once an order has been placed and a confirmation email has been sent we cannot change any part of the order.

Once payment has cleared your order will be dispatched. You shall receive a confirmation email of all products that you have purchased once payment has cleared.
If you are a Starcard customer we reward your loyalty from time to time by sending exclusive discounts and vouchers. Vouchers are valid only from dates printed on them and can be used on Greenwoods product only. The offers are not available on 1860 Suit Hire and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion including the standard 10% off Starcard discount. Only one voucher per transaction can be redeemed instore and online. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent or gift vouchers and have a redemption value of ?0.0001. Photocopies will not be accepted in branch.

Returning of One Item in a Suit Bundle
We will not refund for parts of a bundle – all items within a suit bundle are treated as one product and all items must be returned together. There will be no part refunds for bundle items. If items are returned and parts of the bundle are missing no refund will be issued until all parts are returned and received by Greenwoods.
Exchanging Products for Bundles
In certain circumstances a customer may require to change a product size or receive a replacement for faulty items. If you would like to do this please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org or 01274 659 650. Please note that “Fixed Suits” cannot be split so size changes must be made for whole suit and so both jacket and trouser must be returned.
Promo codes and suit bundles
No other promotion or money off voucher can be used in conjunction with the suit bundle.
